GPS Insight has announced the capability to host multiple hardware types within a single interface.

With their enterprise level web-based software program, GPS Insight offers the broadest range of tracking solutions in the fleet management industry, including: GPS hardware for tracking only, GPS hardware with engine diagnostics reporting capabilities, GPS hardware utilizing switches and sensors for activity / event reporting, self-contained trailer tracking hardware, asset tracking, foot- or bike-based personnel tracking, and high-value package tracking.

These hardware sets, any or all of which can be used within a fleet, provide functionality to customers to monitor and manage their fleets efficiently through a single user-defined interface.

Rob Donat, President of GPS Insight, commented, "We have brought a collection of the best hardware devices to market for our customers. They can mix and match based on requirements across their fleet. This allows flexibility, but also ensures a consistent user interface, reports, maps, and alerts across all hardware options. Our customers have diverse requirements, and GPS Insight offers the exact solutions they require."

These configurations, all supported within the same web-based software platform, can meet virtually any need a private company or government agency may have for managing mobile assets.
