The British government has selected Northrop Grumman to provide it with engineering, development and other cyber-security solutions services.

Solutions under the seven-year framework contract, which was competitively awarded, will specifically support data security and information assurance.

Northrop Grumman is among a number of companies selected by the government for the cyber-security program.

The monetary value of the award was not disclosed. Additional details of the work to be performed were also not provided.
