Josh hit the headlines in October last year when he launched his home-made space balloon into the atmosphere and posted the video on YouTube. The astonishing results became an overnight sensation generating national and international media coverage including ABC News, Today, ITN News and Weather, The Telegraph and The Daily Mail.

Now Josh wants to push the boundaries of what is possible with space balloons and is embarking on a new venture which he calls JoshTalking Space Art or JTSA for short.

Josh explains, "This is an attempt to produce an artistic piece of work at nearly 100,000 feet using a weather balloon. The project will require the use of liquids high above the Earth's surface which will present a number of challenges due to atmospheric pressure."

So Josh contacted ReAgent to ask for their technical support and expertise in a number of areas.

Firstly, Josh needed information about the role that chemicals could play in the latest project with particular regard to anti-freezing and heat-retention properties. He also needed engineering support with the design intricacies of his project. And, of course, Josh needed some chemicals.

Although precise details of the latest space balloon project are still under wraps it can be revealed that discussions between ReAgent chemists and Josh are taking place with plans for his newest venture to go live in the near future.
