UN chief urges restraint in Central Asia water dispute
Dushanbe (AFP) April 6, 2010UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on Tuesday urged restraint in a growing dispute between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan over the fate of a massive Tajik hydro-electric dam project.
